ผมอายุ 4X ปัจจุบันมีปัญหาเรื่องความโลภหาเงินไม่ยอมหยุด จนกินเวลาในชีวิตไปมาก.. ไม่เคยมีเวลาให้แฟน(เก่าๆ)มากพอ.. กับลูกๆ ก็ไม่ค่อยมีเวลาไปเยี่ยม (ลูกๆ อยู่บ้านอดีตภรรยา)…

ซึ่งตอนหลังจ้างทีม quants, programmers ทำระบบเพื่อที่จะได้ไม่ต้องทุ่มเวลาลงไป scalping, trading เองแล้ว.. แต่ก็กลายเป็นว่าเวลาที่ได้กลับมามากขึ้น ก็เอาไปอ่านหนังสือเอาไปทำการบ้านหุ้นไปทุ่มกับส่วน risk management มากกว่าเดิม กลายเป็นไม่จบไม่สิ้น 😅

แต่กับคนรอบตัวผมพวกที่ฐานะทางบ้านหลายคนไม่ได้ร่ำรวยแต่แรก… พวกกลุ่มอายุ 3X~5X ปัญหาที่หลายคน struggle กันก็คือเรื่องแผนการเกษียณหลายคนดูแล้วออกนอกทางที่ตั้งเป้าไว้ วิ่งตามไม่ทัน milestones ที่ควรจะเป็นตาม timeline.. ตัวอย่างจุดปัญหาของหลายคนคือ…

- lifestyle inflation.. ยิ่งรายได้มากขึ้นแทนที่จะเหลือเงินมากขึ้นเอาไปลงทุนเพิ่มให้งอกเงย แต่กลับเอาไปใช้จ่ายมากขึ้น ยกระดับ lifestyle สูงขึ้น ยกคุณภาพตัวเองมากขึ้น ขนกระทบถึงการลงทุนเพื่อการเกษียณในอนาคต

- ขาดความรู้เรื่อง debt management กับ leverage investing (บางคนเห็นคำว่า leverage อาจจะนึกไปว่าไม่ดี.. ลองศึกษาดูดีๆ ก่อนครับว่าหมายถึงอะไร ขนาด Warren Buffett ก็มี leverage ในการลงทุนเช่นกัน)

- ติดกับดักคำว่า『ไม่ชอบเป็นหนี้』เลยพยายาม payoff โปะหนี้ทุกอย่างให้เร็วๆ จนมี cashflow น้อยไปที่จะนำไปลงทุนจนกระทบแผนการลงทุนเพื่อเกษียณ..

- ขาดความรู้เรื่องการลงทุนจริงๆ ไม่มี financial literacy..

- ลดหย่อนภาษีไม่เป็น.. จนเหลือเงินไปลงทุนน้อยลง..

- หลายคนจัดงานแต่งงานใหญ่โตแบบใช้เงินเยอะจนถือได้ว่าแต่งงานปุ๊บ เรื่องความมั่นคงการเงินก็คือถอยหลังไป 1 ก้าว.. เหมือนเจอ drawdown ใหญ่.. ต้องใช้เวลาอีกเป็น 2-3 ปีกว่าจะกลับไปจุดเดิมก็มี..

- เรื่องการศึกษาของลูก… อันนี้พูดยาก.. แต่บางคนเหมือนจะส่งลูกที่ค่าเล่าเรียนเหมือนจะเกินฐานะตัวเองไปหน่อย..

- ผู้หญิง… อันนี้มีเพื่อนผู้ชายบางคนโดนผู้หญิง/เมียน้อยปลอกลอกเงิน… (จริงๆ ผมรู้จักผู้หญิง 3 คนที่โดนผู้ชายปลอกลอกเงินก็มี)

- เรื่องธุรกิจเรื่องการค้า.. เรื่องให้ยืมเงิน… ไม่ยอมเซ็นต์สัญญาที่มีผลทางกฎหมายมาป้องกันล้อมกรอบตัวเอง.. เพราะเห็นเป็นคู่สมรส, เป็นพี่น้อง, ญาติสนิท..

- ไปช่วยคนอื่นเซ็นต์ค้ำประกันเงินกู้….

ตอนนี้นึกออกแค่นี้ว่าเห็นคนอื่นเจออะไรมาบ้างถึงมีปัญหา.. ถ้าใครมีอะไรเพิ่มเติมลองพิมพ์เพิ่มเติมเผื่อคนอื่นๆ ผ่านมาอ่านเจอ เผื่อเป็นประโยชน์กับคนที่ยังอายุ 1X, 2X บ้าง.. จะได้ระวังตัวไว้
