What does "banning" mean? What does that look like? If it meant shutting their operations down, that would've been different language. Does it mean the $8M Fedral "subscriptions" are ending but the businesses can stay open as long as they are self-supporting?

@kevinryanmedia @atensnut I have considered this too, but realize for girls and young women, they may not have been able to recognize & name everyone they encountered... Or frankly now that they have been able to heal for a while, may not be able/want to remember. They may also fear powerful people.
