@TMSSociety, I want to learn more about MDiscovery and check out the data, but the webpage doesn't have any way to contact or get more info. What do you recommend?

@IneRoss What would you want to change them to? You could use the intensity calibration tool to apply a different intensity scale if you know exactly what numbers you want to display.
You can hide the legend altogether, but I don't think you can hide the numbers but show the colorbar.
@jaimiAgray Nice! Sometimes when you get a good tool going, it's hard to consider switching to something else. I felt like it was hard to get you and your Florida Museum team to consider moving to Dragonfly. I suppose your new colleagues at Texas gave you a gentle nudge. And you like it!
New logo, new brand, same Dragonfly software. There has never been a better time to get your perpetual Dragonfly license and join the revolution. Existing users expect scale up, all good for you of course, watch this space #TomographyTuesday
I don't recommend event planning as a side gig. The stress of planning your first conference (hybrid meeting) without neglecting your normal full time responsibilities. 😬
@saroberts@OrsDragonfly3D It's not as bad as you think. You can turn off data augmentation and see the CUDA usage exceed 90%. But I think your training will converge sooner if you maintain augmentation. Don't let it bother you that the CPU is doing its share.
@Geo_XCT I definitely have a preference! White on black (where white is the abundance of signal and black is the absence of signal). That is what i call "positive contrast" and, it is the easiest to interpret in a way that is consistent with histogram and other image analysis tools.
@kisharrington Wow! If you hadn't posted this, I would miss this oppty to present in exactly the perfect forum. Thanks Kyle! Look for my rushed--but otherwise perfect :) --abstract soon!
