Wells Fargo responded but basically there’s nothing they can do without giving two days to their customer care team. Too late for our plans.

Hey @WellsFargo you messed up our vacation! A FedEx with our paid currency exchange seemed not to arrive. FedEx tracking showed it arrived & was signed for by bank staff at 4:58pm. We raced back and it was a little past 5pm, staff still there. They refused to give us the money!

@FedExHelp Thank you, but FedEx was very helpful. The issue is @WellsFargo and the total lack of any sense of community and customer service. They literally could have gone back inside and got our money in one minute, but they refused.
