e.g. you want to stop smoking, you can tune your LLM to block all “smoke inducing advertises” (yeah it's subjective, but that's where it can shine… with enough training on your subjective tastes, I think it could have a good sense of what would trigger you)

Fine-tuned LLM that models your current consumption preferences. Companies pay you to pitch/advertise their products to your "consumer a.i.".
Only ads that are accepted by the a.i. are shown to you.
You will never have to watch b.s. spam ads again
You also have control over how your “consumer a.i.” should accept or not ads. Allowing you to block all ads that could trigger an impulsive behavior you are trying to control.
Seeing economists on my timeline argue about what inflation is really fills me with such joy - no-one knows what is going on with the basics of their field, everyone is winging it, and the world is one big technocratic meritocracy where no-one has merit or technical knowledge.
When life feels unbearable, I remind myself that I am not a person. I am a piece of software running on the brain of a random ape for a few decades. It's not the worst brain to run on.
Really useful prediction trick: You can improve your own accuracy using "inner crowdsourcing:" make multiple guesses or predictions a couple of days apart & average them. A study of 1.2M guesses shows you will be more likely to be right, though less so than true crowdsourcing!
Practical courage happens surprisingly often: quite a few are willing to risk life and limb for others, but civil courage is surprisingly rare: few are willing to stand up against broken norms. In most people, the fear of ostracism is a greater force than the loss of meaning.
