🧵Teaching & practice, educators recommend teaching from an early age: AI spot tips.
🕵🏼Look at hands/fingers (always wrong), unnatural teeth/eyes, inconsistent background, or use reverse image search.
🕵🏼Discuss "is this real or AI?" when looking at content together.
🕵🏼Invite practice with real vs AI images quiz (there are websites like Britannica Education or free tools).
So, they need to know how. Not automatically assume they are smart. Nowadays, media literacy about AI has to be taught like reading and writing literacy first.
So, the environment can indeed shape and modulate traits, and there is a slight possibility of epigenetic inheritance, but not 100% “directly like parents”.
🧵Topic of genetic and environmental interactions, including epigenetics.
Let me break it down slowly👇🏼
1️⃣ Genetics vs. environment
🌲Genetics = what is written in our DNA
(example: eye color, hair type, nose shape). This is basically inherited from our parents.
🌲Normalize & terima perasaan tu
Kau tak lemah sebab rasa macam ni. Ramai orang (termasuk yang nampak "mewah") pun struggle comparison — dorang cuma tak tunjuk. Bila rasa penat ingat, bagi diri permission rest: "Hari ni aku tak nak process" Esok je atau luah kat journal.
🧵Perbandingan diri (social comparison)
Masalah ini bukan sekadar fikiran biasa;
🌱dia rooted dalam otak manusia sejak evolusi,
🌱untuk "gauge" posisi kita dalam "hierarchy" sosial.
🌲Channel energy comparison tu ke action kecil
Bila rasa jealous, tanya: "Apa satu benda kecil aku boleh buat hari ni untuk improve hidup aku?" (bukan nak sama macam dorang, tapi nak better dari semalam). Tu buat rasa empowered, bukan stuck di comparison.
