@ThePIENews I have a fully funded Ph.D. admission and my F1 visa application has been stuck in AP for more than 8.5 months. After missing fall 2024/spring 2025 semesters, I still hope that the new administration expedites this process for the Iranian students regardless of our nationality.

I request @POTUS and @SecRubio to expedite the Iranian scholars' visa process and allow us to pursue our studies in the U.S. We are no threat to the America and only have academic goals.

@KavehMadani Thank you Dr. Madani for you support with this matter. My F1 visa application has also been under AP for more than 7 months and I missed 2 semesters, been disappointed of putting my academic life on hold, and about to lose my fully funded Ph.D. position I worked hard to secure.

I worked hard to secure a fully funded PhD admission and did not even imagine that the visa process will cause such a long delay in my academic life. May the new year bring some positive news to us. @Sahar66664 @elonmusk @iamyesyouareno @MarioNawfal More than 6 months of getting stuck in AP is really frustrating. I hope all Iranian students get their visa and start their academic studies in the U.S. soon.
I also feel sorry for those users who do not understand how disrespectful and inconsiderate they are. God bless them all!

@Sahar66664 @StateDept After 195 days of administrative processing for my F1 visa application, I have lost hope to start my Ph.D. soon.
I wish this process gets back to normal for all Iranian students who just intend to pursue their academic studies and research in the great American Universities.

@Sahar66664 @SecBlinken @StateDept I have been waiting for U.S. visa status update for 174 days, missed fall 2024 semester and about to miss Spring 2024 semester too(starting from mid January) due to long administrative processing of my visa application. Its a quite frustrating situation!

Blinken, I have a fully funded Ph.D. admission and after 160 days of F1 visa interview, my application is still under AP, I am losing my position and about to become frustrated. your assistance in expediting this process to pursue our academic life is truly appreciated.
