It's really nice! 😊 However, the result will give you a low resolution. In this example, I clipped the original image, inverted the layer mask, and painted on the face to reveal some skin texture. Finally, I applied a high-pass filter with a soft light blend mode. Your understanding of how light works gives you an advantage.
