@DB_Bahn See, the point is not that I want money from @DB_Bahn because of the delay... But okay, I will do that and see what happens next. In the meanwhile, any idea on how to deal with the debt collector who set me a deadline for January 1?

@DB_Bahn Just to get that straight: You sell me an international ticket. The international train for some reason changes its terminal station, I miss my connection in Germany, and you charge me 350€ on a later train claiming my ticket be invalid? This does not seem legit.

@DB_Bahn I've talked to someone from DB Kundendialog, I went to the Reisezentrum in person. Both explained to me that this was obviously a mistake, but that they could not help me. I really cannot complain about friendliness here (except for the lady in the train), it's just not helpful.

@DB_Bahn Well, I was afraid of that. Never mind, I really tried to deescalate, but it seems that someone @DB_Bahn wants to bring this to court. @unibielefeld: environmental protection is nice, but this seems to be my last international journey by train.

@DB_Bahn I booked the journey in March, I made the journey in May, I've been in contact with FN two days later. I got the letter from the Inkasso company in August, I wrote back to them right away, I got another letter today, now charging 440€. You see why I am getting frustrated here?

@DB_Bahn Yes, I have. Both systems require me to type in the ticket number. Once I do that I am informed that the case has been forwarded to an Inkasso company and should be in contact with them.

@DB_Bahn Oh, I have tried that, believe me. But as the claim has been forwarded to his other company, your system does not let me through to talk to anyone anymore.

@DB_Bahn Three months later a different company contacts me, now charging 380€ on your behalf. How can this be?

@DB_Bahn Your staff member did, despite her colleague verifying that my train had changed directions. I called your "Fahrpreisnacherhebung", told my story. Answer: "We will check this and get back to you, you need not do anything at the moment".
