@cathyrusson It’s so hard and these poor Jurors will live with it for the rest of their lives. I feel so badly for them. People who have been on Hung juries don’t get the same satisfaction as those who come to a verdict

It will be years before Baldoni and Lively’s attorneys get to influence the jury in the courtroom. But they’re influencing the “jury” of public opinion every day. What impact will that have at trial? Depends on how the lawyers use what they learn from this “jury”.
