@bmore2mia We're real over here. You can arrive at the delayed time, we just highly encourage you not to, as our crew work diligently to reverse the delay. If a delay is reversed, you have a chance of missing your flight if you're not at the airport.

The aircraft was delayed in Fort Lauderdale and is just now departing. Once the total delay is confirmed, the flight will be reviewed for compensation. If eligible, you’ll be notified within the next couple of days. Just make sure your TrueBlue number has been added to your reservation. Your patience is appreciated!
