I am 15 years old and has autism. I go to a main stream school and find it very hard but I want to help others In the same boat.

back to school gives me a lot of anxity so I take calms 2 a day to try & prevent being overwhelmed & rescue remedys when I'm at that state

When I can't say what is wrong to mum I just say it's a bad day. It makes me sad and want to cry #autism #autismawareness

I enjoy volunteering but it comes with its chalanges of being to loud & over simulating.Sometimes taking a step back stops it getting worse
