NEW: Man seen swinging from the edge of a construction crane in downtown Austin, Texas.

Dozens of people gathered to watch the individual swing back and forth and police were eventually called.

According to Fox 7 Austin, when police arrived, the man was “repelling from the end of the crane on top of the building.”

They called for an evacuation of the area before the man made his way to the crane’s ladder and entered the building.

The man has not been identified and no arrests have been made.
