It makes absolutely no sense that people living in South East Nigeria have to travel to Lagos or Abuja just to apply for visas or catch international flights to the US, Europe, or other parts of the world.
People should be able to apply for visas to any country in Enugu, at the very least, and fly directly from the South East to major international destinations, with a choice of airlines.
This is critical to regional development, economic growth, and reducing our dependence on other regions.
The South East governors must work together to make this happen. It is long overdue.
Mary, Mother of Divine Providence, intercede for those searching for work. Open the right doors and provide opportunities that respect their dignity and allow them to use their gifts. Keep them hopeful while they wait and grateful when the answer comes. Amen.
Just randomly remembered the intense wave of sadness that swept through the whole place after Tinubu was declared winner in 2023.
People broke down and were legit crying.
October Devotion – Day 18
Today, join me in praying for OPEN DOORS.
Through the intercession of the Blessed Virgin Mary, may the Lord go before you, remove every obstacle, connect you with the right people, and open doors that no one can shut. Amen.
O Mother of Perpetual Help, pray for us.

Pope Leo XIV: A Prayer of Gratitude and Hope
Yesterday, I kept Pope Leo XIV, the head of the Catholic Church and Sovereign of Vatican City, in my earnest prayers as he underwent surgery.
I am grateful for the encouraging reports of his successful surgery and recovery. I thank God for seeing the Holy Father through this procedure and pray for his complete recovery, renewed strength and good health.
May God continue to guide his medical team, sustain him in this period of recovery and grant him the grace to return fully to his pastoral duties.

Dear friends in Christ,
The news of Pope Leo XIV's lung cancer diagnosis has weighed heavily on the hearts of Catholics and Christians everywhere. It is sobering. It is painful. But it is not the end of the story.
We are not a people without hope – we are Easter people. The same God who conquered the grave holds our Holy Father in His hands. Cancer is a valley, but God walks through every valley with those He loves.
Let us unite our Rosaries, our Masses, and our prayers for Pope Leo XIV. Let us ask Our Lady, St. Joseph, and all the saints to intercede powerfully on his behalf.
Cancer does not have the final say. God does.
