"Works better if you're already smart". This is how this neurotechnology works when used for enhancement. I've seen it used on the low IQ harassers for these purposes and they just look high.

It appears most of us on here are attacked, monitored or stolen by it though.

I've been calling out these criminals over the claim that psychological trauma is a necessary component of this neurotechnology research and development.

It appears to be more of an excuse to get away with extreme sadism, psychopathy and violence, and potentially part of a broader social engineering and social control agenda. I'm far from having all the relevant evidence, but I stand by this belief.

People are deliberately employed to carry out this behavior. Employed not for their applicable qualifications or skillsets, but to be used as weapons against others or a particular person. Placed not only in corporations and professional settings, but apartment complexes and public spaces.

Their purpose and objective: to mess with someone. At best, to invade and occupy that person's space, time, and energy. At worst, to take their position, income & property, or leave them incarcerated or severely damaged & discredited. Based on how successfully they've achieved this, then assigned to someone else in a never-ending cycle.

A developed & refined system in the UK, normalized under secret policing or intelligence work. Seen by many as a prideful accomplishment to be on this payroll or associated with someone who is. The promotion of useful idiots & weaponized incompetence; driving predatory & parasitic behavior, the Peter Principle, the Dunning Kruger effect & ultimately a severe downgrading of a country.

I am currently experiencing targeting in the work place, especially character assassination, rumor campaigns, and gaslighting. Plausible deniability is the main tactic. Also I have experienced workers being put into place to create situations to intentionally make me fail or to causes distraction and interfere with business.
