Fixed FBO's and implemented a new chunk disposal system which has virtually eliminated ingame lag.

FBO's just kinda stopped working. They report that they are just fine and even that the gpu supports them. But wont get drawn too. Strange.

Started adding a feature to the filebrowser this morning that makes a preview of any texture file you hilight appear next to your mouse.

Fixing bugs in the model editor and adding lots of features so it is more intuitive. working 12 to 6 every weekday makes it hard though.

Writing a function to find the orthogonal bounds of transformed models so I can render them to a texture to use as an icon!

Fixed the cave interpolation problem, got caves i'm happy with. coded out the basic inventory class. fixing a small lighting glitch now.

nearing a good noise solution for caves, tomorrow I am going to start implementing an inventory system so I'm not held back by caves.

Fixed lag that occurred whenever a block was changed. rewrote the design document, I am better grasping what type of game I want this to be.

Yea generating pathways and raytracing out blocks to generate caves and ores isn't practical, way too slow. back to generating random noise!

Really starting to look like having to check about 6 ore veins per block is going to be too slow, gonna need a new ore spawning method :(

Checking 16^3 blocks per chunk against all the nearby ore veins has slowed loading down. Modifying loading code to use multiple sub threads.
