Having vast experience of corrupt legal professionals, I would strongly concur.
A very clear question needs to be asked from on the onset.
Will they be susceptible to bribes yes or no?
Security vetting is essential from my experience.
It was a complete shock just how corrupt how certain members of the legal profession are in this country.
I will have shortly have a large LSRA complaint going in shortly re conduct of a number of solicitors and barristers.
Cork seems to be the epicentre for corruption unfortunately Lorraine from my experience.
