@thames_travel Quick question why is there no bus x2,x3 or x1 leaving Stratton way to Oxford between 0725 and 0745 but both the x2 & x3 leaving at 0745? Having two busses going towards the city centre at the exact same time seems a bit pointless when the 0735 x3 is full so clearly a needed time

Ran an event yesterday with TJ Klune and honestly highlight of my career. Also if you’d told me three years ago that I would have been on a stage introducing him to 100 people I would have laughed but I did it.

Over the last few years almost every YA book has been catered to be the adults reading YA and not the kids it was created for. We need to give them that space back, without losing the wonderful books we’ve gained. Having an official new age category would help make that start

The book trade needs to understand that with the rise of TikTok & other factors in the last few years 9-12 & YA are no longer good enough as age categories- we need official 12-15 section for the younger readers who need to age up reading but aren’t ready for a lot of books in YA

if you don’t get why, look at the age up progression in Throne of Glass. Books 1-3, fantasy with light romance, fade to black scenes, meaning it’s fine for the younger end of teens. Then suddenly the next book features an on page sex scene and 13 year olds don’t want to read that

I’d like to thank my bus driver today for missing the turning into the town, going all the way round the town to the only other exit from the motorway, and only going into the town when we all yelled WHAT IS HAPPENING when he tried to turn back TO GO BACK TO THE CITY

Game devs really need to understand that accessibility shouldn’t just be for the game but for their menus - if I need the text larger for subtitles I also need it larger for the settings
