It feels surreal to finally be able to share that I’m going to be a @HarperCollinsUK author!
I couldn’t have got here without the HC Author Academy, which opens for applications in January.
I can’t say much yet - but TRAUMA BONDS will be published by @mudlarkbooks in 2027.
Can't Kill The Spirit is a play about politics, protest & the pressures on personal relationships that can arise from deep commitment to a cause. It also prompts reflection on the role of protest in democracy & social change. Go see it: https://t.co/zhVZqDraD0 @WaterlooEast
This super review from Theatre and Arts Review and now a second ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️review!

If you love #newtheatre, get down to @WaterlooEast for CANT KILL THE SPIRIT, a brand new play about the power of protest + family ties.
I'm 100% biased as my dad wrote it and my mum's in it, but it's GREAT 💫 Ends 13 July

So my two worlds, PR and Theatre collide. As @PlaygcT Can’t Kill the Spirit, a play inspired by the women of Greenham Common in the 1980s, opens @WaterlooEast this week, that very spirit is being rekindled by new anti nuclear protests. https://t.co/auNMQYzvxi
Congratulations @RobertMurphyTV! 👏

The fact the court failed to hear the voice of a single trans person may help
explain why today’s decision lacked humanity & fairness & instead replaced them with a narrow definition of the Equality Act. There has to be a better & empathetic way forward that respects trans rights
It bears repeating today: the women celebrating the UK supreme court ruling do not speak for me. History shows that the rights of women and the rights of trans people will rise and fall together. My safety as a cis woman will never spring from the persecution of trans women.
I share the deep disappointment in today's Supreme Court ruling, and the concerns about what this will mean for trans women going forward.
Today and every day, I stand in unwavering solidarity with the trans community.
We must never stop fighting for trans rights.
