@SY_Supertram It's just arrived, 20mins late. Why didn't you keep us informed? We could have made an informed decision whether to use a different mode of transport. Please do better with your communication. The boards are useless, and customers are reliant on updates here to stay in the loop

@SY_Supertram And do we get to know about these cancellations in advance? How much notice will passengers get to make alternative plans? Will you be informing schools?
@SY_Supertram@KellyBrown37321 The disruption would be more palatable if you communicated more effectively. Passengers need livetime tracking of services, whether that's through the app or other means like the displayboards
