@azxfba Yes, STK includes all orders refunds in the sales P&L. But please note that all refunds affect the P&L for the original date of the order. This prevents refunds skewing the current days sales data.

@FelixAmazonCat There was a sign in issue to a database error that needed support from our server provider, Azure. This only prevented users signing in and nothing else.
Sellers that do not see updates are always due to their SC permissions expiring. STK is always running in the background

@FelixAmazonCat I remove these posts as they have caused confusion. None of these have been due to any downtime, especially repricer downtime. STK has never been down. Its almost impossible for this to happen

STK has never tanked a listing nor has it ever dropped prices less than your rule settings.
I am also not aware of any bugs at all, and all bugs are addressed immediately. None have taken more than 24hrs
