विषय : NFST फेलोशिप राशि शीघ्र जारी करने हेतु निवेदन।

महोदय

सविनय निवेदन है कि मैं राष्ट्रीय जनजातीय फेलोशिप (NFST) के अंतर्गत शोधरत एक स्कॉलर हूँ। इस योजना का उद्देश्य अनुसूचित जनजाति वर्ग के शोधार्थियों को उच्च शिक्षा एवं शोध कार्य हेतु आर्थिक सहयोग प्रदान करना है। किंतु खेद के साथ अवगत कराना चाहता हूँ कि कई महीनों से फेलोशिप राशि का भुगतान नहीं हुआ है।

यह स्थिति मेरे जैसे हजारों शोधार्थियों के सामने गम्भीर संकट उत्पन्न कर रही है।
🔹 आर्थिक दृष्टि से – किराया, पुस्तकें, लैब शुल्क, इंटरनेट, स्टेशनरी एवं अन्य शोध व्यय पूरे नहीं हो पा रहे हैं।
🔹 शोध कार्य की दृष्टि से – आवश्यक सामग्री एवं साधन न मिल पाने से शोध कार्य अधर में लटका है।
🔹 भावनात्मक दृष्टि से – आर्थिक असुरक्षा और अनिश्चितता से शोधार्थियों का मनोबल टूट रहा है।

महोदय जनजातीय समाज से आने वाले शोधार्थियों के लिए यह फेलोशिप मात्र आर्थिक सहयोग नहीं, बल्कि ज्ञान, आत्मनिर्भरता और सामाजिक पुनर्निर्माण की आशा है। जब यह समय पर नहीं मिलती तो शोध कार्य रुकने के साथ-साथ समाज और राष्ट्र के अकादमिक योगदान में भी विलंब होता है।

अतः आपसे करबद्ध निवेदन है कि—

1. शीघ्रातिशीघ्र बकाया फेलोशिप राशि का भुगतान सुनिश्चित किया जाए।

2. आगे से फेलोशिप के भुगतान में होने वाली देरी को रोकने हेतु ठोस व्यवस्था बनाई जाए।

आपका यह निर्णय हमारे शोध कार्य को नई गति देगा और जनजातीय समाज के लिए प्रेरणा का स्रोत बनेगा।

Non-NET PhD research fellows get a stipend of Rs. 8,000 a month, which has remained the same since 2006. Normally, revisions to the fellowship amount take place every 4 years. 

The research scholars are also facing difficulties due to insufficient resources at their institutions, inadequate support from the supervisors, and the absence of grievance redressal committees.

I urge the Education Minister and the UGC to consider a significant hike in the stipend amount for Non-NET PhD research fellows.
