In today’s episode of @Flipkart sucks.
7 days since I ordered an “express delivery”.
Visited the hub where my laptop is since 3 days or so.
Been informed that Flipkart has not hired a technician to inspect the old laptop to be exchanged. Hence, can’t process.
@flipkartsupport@flipkartsupport@Flipkart Do you people have no shame? Or do you just not care about the customer? Despite the promises of resolution, once again today I've been asked to wait 24 hours, by your Senior Escalations Desk! As confirmed by them, that's the only authority they have!
I don't think @Flipkart is interested in delivering my order.
And @flipkartsupport is completely useless - no matter how many times I call, raise complaints and try to escalate, they have literally no information and keep giving me the same answer. @_Kalyan_K
