All I get are copy-paste emails saying “forwarded to relevant department.”
My account, device & funds remain blocked for almost 2 YEARS.

Visited the Easypaisa retailer today—biometric still shows “ACCOUNT BLOCKED.”
But support keeps sending wrong info and asking me to repeat the same steps.
2 years and still no solution.

Easypaisa has now given me a date: 27 November for resolving my case.
After 2 YEARS of delays, repeated documents & zero action, I honestly don’t believe it.
Their track record says otherwise.
Prove me wrong @easypaisa @TelenorBank.
@StateBank_Pak please ensure accountability.

2 years of delays, repeated documents, and now complete silence.

Even Gmail gave up on replying, but Easypaisa can’t resolve one simple case.
