26th amendment restrict judiciary independence and violates Art 14 of ICCPR regarding the appointment and removal of judges. It's a blow to democracy, HR, and separation of powers. Protested against 26th amendment and demanded its immediate repulsion. It's an hit on constitution.

Alarming and outrageous. Enforced disappearance of 10 Baloch students from Islamabad in one day without any legal procedure? What message are we giving to the youngsters in Balochistan? Why are we creating enemies? Is the solution of every disagreement, to label them terrorists?

Tehreek-e-Insaf has suffered this burden. All our workers including myself and our leader @ImranKhanPTI are being tried as terrorists in ATC courts. A policeman is a witness in my case that I was supplying guns! Rest of Pakistan is suffering too but Balochistan has suffered much more on these grounds. Instead of trying to be fair, the 'hammer' continues to nail them towards violent reactions, thereby increasing separatist sentiments.

Form #47 Govt and their handlers are an incendiary ماچس that will burn everything around itself, and our country.

Today on 2nd Nov 2024 a Habeas Corpus petition has been filed in Lahore High Court Rawalpindi Bench on behalf of 10 Baloch students who are enrolled in @numl_official for their immediate recovery. The Baloch students were forcibly disappeared from their apartment on 31st october. On 1st nov the students filed a report in New Town police station Rawalpindi where still FIR has not been lodged by the authorities. The ratio of disappearance and harassment of Baloch students throughout Pakistan is high and a heinous issue which is required to be resolved.
