The merit listed, qualified & deprived Candidates of the WBGDRB-2017 Group-D [West Bengal GROUP D Recruitment Board under Personnel and Administrative Reforms] have been sitting on Dharna next to the Shaheed Matangini Hazra Statue at Dharmatala, Kolkata for over 400 days.
They have now sought permission for a sit in demonstration at the area adjacent to Raj Bhavan's South gate or anywhere nearby as they want to prolong their continuous movement against corruption by the State Govt.

I hope @CPKolkata Shri Vineet Goyal & the @KolkataPolice will allow them the opportunity to hold peaceful sit in demonstration as they have allowed the Regional TMC Party to hold their Dharna in front of the Raj Bhavan.

There can't be two separate rules for two groups of people in our country. The law perceives everyone equally and the law keepers who are paid by the taxpayers can't bear allegiance to one family.

I have learnt that similar permissions are being sought by other deprived groups as well, and I strongly extend my support towards their valid requests and urge the Administration and @KolkataPolice to consider their requests.
