@galatians_4_6 Thankfully, that won't happen—that would be absolutely terrible. Daisy Ridley is still in her prime; I pray that they capitalize on this and that we finally get more films featuring her as Rey.

Lucasfilm actually approved Adam Driver's version in The Hunt for Ben Solo, cancelled Damon's Elderly Rey (not played by Daisy). So its not Lucasfilm reject Rey & Finn & Poe being Centred. I think Lucasfilm want them be focused separately but indepth. Damon not speaking truth.

i know we get retcons sometimes but a lot of work was gone into expanding the sequel trilogy stories/characters with star wars literature and poe’s backstory is a part of that and not just in one post rotj comic, like there’s a LOT more in canon than just his film appearances! i recommend reading the sequel trilogy literature i rlly like it!!
