Today a patient called stating she needs a letter stating that she can’t perform physical duties, such as dishes and laundry, at the shelter she is staying at, due to her health.
Me to my boys: “I’ll do everything in my power to help you succeed and be the best you can be”
The opps: “you’re not good enough”, “you’re behind”.
Me: “mama got you” 💜
I don’t do the “manly” things in my household. I don’t take out trash. I don’t mow the lawn. If something needs to be picked up, yeah, I don’t do that. No matter how light. I’m a whole princess in his eyes ❤️
Most women have to tell their husbands over and over to take out the trash or put their clothes in the hamper. Mine.. he does laundry and I don’t touch the trash.
Normal women are mad at their husbands cause they don’t wash dishes or clean up their mess. Me… I’m mad cause he pissed me off and slammed the door when he went to bed 😂
He gets out of school and we are talking about it and he’s like “well I think I am”. Me: “well, you can’t take it back now cause I’ve already told nana” 😂 so sorry kid. You better make sure you make varsity.
My son tells me he’s on varsity. Second string, but on varsity. In a 6A school. I’m excited. I don’t care he’s second string. We can work on that and get better to be the starter. I’m happy and telling everyone I know…
