@nhat710994 It doesn't have anything to do with my account. I've already tried clearing my data, switching browsers, and even using a different device, but nothing changed. The issue was that my account wasn't syncing properly with the server data. Fortunately, it's been fixed now

Hi team, I was able to open my first Booster Pack successfully. However, every attempt after that gets stuck on "Syncing the pack mirror" and eventually returns HTTP 502. Other players can open packs normally, so this seems to be account-specific. Could you please check if my pack queue or inventory is stuck and reset it if necessary?

Hi team, @Heistedxyz

My first Booster Pack opened successfully, but every attempt after that fails.

The UI gets stuck on:
"Pack request confirmed. Syncing the pack mirror..."

In DevTools, the request:
POST /api/backend/api/tx/build/request-pack
returns HTTP 409 Conflict.

I also previously received HTTP 502 Bad Gateway.

Other players can open Booster Packs normally, so this seems to be account-specific.

Could you please check if my account has a stuck pending pack request or reset my pack state?
