I've done my part. Your system is confused.

But if the automated system gets it wrong this often & it takes this long for human reviewers to respond to appeals and emails, maybe the automated system needs work?

I'm generally in favor of giving anyone an opportunity, but the quality of @amazon customer service has REALLY plummeted since moving overseas. Thankfully the phone agent they eventually connected me to was honest.

Yes, Grace helped me over the phone and she was awesome.

Pratik and Sneha however are liars and gaslighters and should be fired.

But with your previous customer service I wouldn't have needed the phone call.
