Kimberlé Crenshaw, who coined the term Intersectional feminism, once said, "all inequality is not created equal." The latest research from Catalyst shows how the experiences of marginalized racial and ethnic groups are often unnoticed or ignored in DEI interventions.
According to the survey, 51% of respondents - women from marginalized racial and ethnic groups in Australia, Canada, South Africa, the UK, and the US - have experienced racism in their current workplace.
And women surpass males in 11 of 12 major emotional intelligence characteristics that, include emotional self-awareness, empathy, conflict management, flexibility and teamwork. Learn more.
