Government officers don’t trust on its digital platform approved by its own department. I am looking for response from concerned athority on such defiance of the rules by staffs. Why do we need to carry original documents when it is already verified on Digital wallets.

As my original marksheet is not available with me now, I expect digilocker is verified source at government offices. As i need to visit outside india for my work urgently, delaying the process will adversely affect my routine office work. Pls look into this. App No: 260051526848
