Starting a thread with my steel book collection. Nice way to sort of archive it.

Is there a better way to start it off than on the 19th anniversary of the one that started it all for me?

The Halo 2 collectors edition. Still one of my favs!

@danno_omen @Xavier1415 Yuuuup
lol

[Geoff C @InDisGeoff]

@danno_omen @Xavier1415 It’s not even from a bad review. IGN gave it a 9 in spite of those issues

[Geoff C @InDisGeoff]

@Ozymandias88_ Loved it!

@Fbombegaming In really enjoying it! Def have to pay attention to the radio chatter though because o was failing a lot, not realizing I wasn’t prioritizing the right targets lol

[Geoff C @InDisGeoff]

The city in missions 8 and 9 of Ace Combat 8 looked very familiar…. It’s most def supposed to be Toronto lol always cool to see it represented in games even if a fictional version of it, since it’s so rare.

[Geoff C @InDisGeoff]

@Sonnie_Slim @casey_Payne23 @GamingSinceNES Neve, Latina? I mean she is def hot but def not Latina. She’s like English and Indian I think

[Geoff C @InDisGeoff]

@K__Med @SnakeVenom3000 The release window possible. The last few months have been insane. Lots of games review well and don’t sell. Also a lot of games launch into gamepass and do very well. But sure, let’s go with the Gamepass is bad, status quo.

[Geoff C @InDisGeoff]

@SnakeVenom3000 @K__Med Not to mention Focus puts a lot of their games on gamepass and they do well enough. All 3 games in the series were in gamepass, Requiem and this being day one. I didn’t see them saying Requiem sold bad. Sometimes a game just doesn’t sell. Also it launched at a crazy time.

[Geoff C @InDisGeoff]

@Sonnie_Slim @CoolRunnerCraig Hahaha reading comprehension is lost art.

Next up I decided to go with Ace Combat. Bought 7 right after I saw Top Gun Maverick and had a good time and couldn’t ignore the praise Wings of Theve is getting. Highway to the danger zone baby!!

[Geoff C @InDisGeoff]

@Dan_Spins Yes! Welcome to the club

[Geoff C @InDisGeoff]

Credits on Castlevania Belmonts Curse. Got the true ending. Absolutely loved it. A great metroidvania overall with a few things I hope they address in a sequel but they def did the series justice.

[Geoff C @InDisGeoff]

@KraytMcGraw One of the GOATs and my first BioWare game

[Geoff C @InDisGeoff]

@SilentHitoshura Right? Lol took me totally off guard

[Geoff C @InDisGeoff]

@mcquack306 100% agree.

[Geoff C @InDisGeoff]

@ScarletDeath Def enjoying it so far! Also long time! How you been?

[Geoff C @InDisGeoff]

@danno_omen @PensareBBall Hahaah naw or else that ranking is crazy messed up lol

[Geoff C @InDisGeoff]

@danno_omen @PensareBBall I mean he did say fear meter after watching their summer leagues and pre season. I think at that time it would have been pretty fair.
