Let it be forever known that in the big year of 2026 @RecordingAcad was scared and terrified of an artist named @BTS_twt 's success to the extent that they created a whole new category to cage the said artist and belittle their impact by putting undeserving singers beside them🗣️
When they don't have Wildflower any where near their top songs. I say this as someone who is trying and pushing the song and it's not even one of my favourites 🤷♀️
I feel like a lot of ppl must be lying about loving certain songs because how as a fandom does everyone collectively say they love a song and it's a masterpiece but the streams are not there. 🤷♀️

🐨 When it comes to marriage, people feel rushed and pressured. There are realistic parts too. Especially for women, it seems like society and the media keep putting pressure on them. On all of us, really. I just wish people could live in their own way
There’s no right answer. But I think, if someone can’t stand being alone, would getting married really make that better? Because even when you’re married, there are times you want to be alone too. People are contradictory like that
So I think someone who can be okay on their own can probably do well when they’re with someone too. And the same goes the other way around. If you get married just because you’re lonely, as a way to solve or escape it, that’s a bit questionable
As for kids, I don’t really know either. Even raising myself feels like a handful. And children, well, they don’t turn out the way you want them to. When I think about how much I made my parents worry when I was young. If I had a kid like me? Oh man, how exasperating would that be. Sure, they might be adorable too, but still
There’s no single answer. People who are married can only speak from that side, and those who aren’t can only speak from theirs. It’s something the two sides can’t really know about each other. So we should take other people’s stories as just that—their own
In a way, I think those of us born in the 1990s are the 1st generation in Korea for whom marriage became an option. So I believe we should follow our own choices
Of course, right now I’m a good son. Honestly, I don’t think there’s anyone as filial as me these days. But when I was young, I really gave my parents a hard time. You’d be surprised. Someday I’ll interview them so you can hear just how much trouble I caused. That’s why I treat them well now. It’s the law of cause and effect
I guess I went a bit too deep talking about marriage, but well, it’s something worth talking about. After all, how much content do we really have in life, right? Things like hobbies, travel, there’s no single right way for those either
Still, I think it’s important to nourish both body and mind. Exercise and reading can bring a lot of good things to a person. I don’t believe anything is an absolute must, but if something comes close to being 100% good, it’s probably reading and exercise because those things don’t lie
So yeah, getting married doesn’t mean you’ll be completely free from loneliness. I don’t think it would
It’s ironic. Namjoon was talking about acceptance.. about living freely, without bending to the pressure of what society tells you is RIGHT. He said it’s okay to not want to marry or have kids, okay to want a different way of life... okay to be happy in your own way. But, in the very next breath some people respond with “I hope they get married soon" “I hope he has kids.”
These people, respectfully, are missing the point entirely.
The soul of his words was CHOICE.. that your life doesn’t have to mirror someone else’s ideals. But people are so conditioned by their own rights and wrongs, that they can’t help projecting their ideals onto others. Even when it comes from affection, which I'm sure most people said stuff out of love, it’s still a reflection of how deeply we’ve been trained to define happiness by sameness.
What if he doesn’t want that life? What if he changes his mind tomorrow about what happiness is for him? What if his version of joy exists outside of the map society drew?
It’s not just about Namjoon... it’s about us. About how easily we confuse love and care with correction. Telling children, friends, even people one admire what kind of life would make them complete, not realizing that they are merely echoing what the world once demanded of them. It’s not malicious. It’s human. But it’s still wrong.
Acceptance isn’t passive agreement.. it’s an active respect for someone’s autonomy, even when it unsettles our set of ideals. It’s the ability to stand before difference and not feel the need to reshape it.
That’s what Namjoon was really doing.. its a deeper level of understanding to let another person’s truth to exist without needing it to look like your own.
if your reaction to namjoon going live and being so raw, so human and vulnerable in front of us is anything other than empathy and love, i dont want you anywhere near my space atleast
