@FoxUSNews This is totally misleading. To process the extradition request, it has to be for crimes in international or Italian law. That particular charge wasn't so they can't process it as it doesn't exist in their system. It's JUST THE PAPERWORK. US can charge him when he's sent back.

Trying to maneuver away to flee doesn't meet that threshold as speed is usually not enough & it's not their intent to hit
