@Abee2242 It’s actually one corporation that was formed in FL (the domestic state) and then that same corporation was subsequently registered to do business in NY (a foreign registration). For profit just means they make money. Foreign means doing business in another state. It’s common.

@SnowcatTish To name him a suspect, they have to gather evidence against him. It's just formalities at this point and I don't understand why labeling him a suspect is number 1 on everyone's agenda. The label doesn't matter and won't help find him.
