Ehh, that still leaves room for speculation. Just because someone doesn't identify as their gender doesn't automatically make them trans. Could simply be gender fluid or Non-binary which it seems is a theory I've seen several results on, and a few saying the show avoids gendering Hal

@DavidSamue19099 It wasnt a scratch though, he ripped Aizen in half. The only reason he survived is due to the Hogyoku giving him a full, permanent immortality. He was torn asunder and lost a lot of strength regenerating which is why he was weak enough to seal. Baryon Mode cost Naruto far more.
