@bobbyandlila currently have a Kaesesahnetorte with mandarins (a kind of cream cheesecake, just with Quark) setting in the fridge. The cream ones are always a bit nerve wracking because it's so hard to get the firmness just right. Hope it worked. Taste testing tomorrow 😀

@bobbyandlila like other hazelnut spreads (the hazelnut/choc flavour with the banana is really good) or melted chocolate or just plain chocolate bits that melt during baking. Baking it says 170 degrees for 45-50 min. Because of the nutella it was a bit hard to judge so I went with 1h.

@bobbyandlila into the pan (that oblong type one), then swirl some of the nutella in (they say overall 4 spoon full but hey..😊 ), add the rest of the dough then more of the nutella (swirl through with a long wooden skewer like a marble cake). I'm sure you can use lots of nutella alternatives

@bobbyandlila yummy, this looks gorgeous. And way simpler than the same type I make with a sponge cake roll and cream+yoghurt+peach (+gelatin) one. It's awesome in summer, but I'm so going to try this one, thanks for sharing!
