This year's #INASCON2023 logo represents a #cantilever in an Atomic Force Microscope (#AFM) set up. AFMs are widely used in physics, biology and chemistry 🧬💿

Yesterday, on the last day of the conference we started with a poster session followed by a talk from @HeikeRiel about her work at IBM. In the session about nano biophysics Irina Martynenko gave insights into DNA origami.

@HeikeRiel The last talk of the conference was given by nobel laureate Klaus von Klitzing. He gave an inspiring talk about solar energy and the climate change.

After his talk Klaus von Klitzing awarded the student prizes for best talk and best poster.

The day ended with a group picture and the conference dinner.

On thursday morning we had a great plenary talk by @gianpacc followed by a talk from @KelseyHatzell about solid state batteries and a talk from Christopher Kley about CO2 reduction.

@sciSonja After the Opportunity Fair there was a panel discussion with the topic: 'Is academia broken' with @postacademia, @gianpacc, Dianna Pippig, Alberto Moscatelli and Moritz Eder.
