Still 7 hours past but no trace .. + customer care is closed for the day. If I had known this I would have chosen @IndiaPostOffice

@ACTFibernet is fraud. Again 2nd time within a month; net is not working and I file for cancellation of subscribtion as from last 3 days I am chasing act but customer care providing irrelevant ans and technician ignoring calls. Telling no refund @jagograhakjago

@ACTFibernet worst support. Morning I raise a ticket; first etr came after 2 hours. Then I called 3 times to customer care explained same thing that power issue at junction box. They repeating same thing like parrot that will send technician but nobody update him properly .
