Things I recall today: During Jim Schwartz's first year as HC in Detroit, the Lions drafted Matthew Stafford. So he could throw to Calvin Johnson, who they already had. The next year they drafted Ndamukong Suh. The Schwartz-led Lions were 29-51 over five years.

@ANN3THRAX @tattooqhearts Yeah, back in the day, I'd mow my Uncle's lawn, and he'd pay me $20. With that, I could buy a concert ticket at our local outdoor venue and get a T-shirt. I saw The Cars, Chicago, Talking Heads, Blue Oyster Cult, Cheap Trick, etc. It was heaven.

@hEdwig0wl @WajahatAli I think this is true. Food prices have risen sharply. Grocery shopping for basic items is ridiculous. They see this caused by inflation, not corporate price gouging.
