@tim_kenney@ICYMI_pod This ep was tough to listen to. The review bombing part was interesting, but the rest became more upsetting for all the reasons you mentioned.
Still love the show and don't want anything to change. Always good to hear other view points. Looking forward the next ep, as always.
@Pullingaclaudia @E_Gruberman @JosephLPoulin @KathrynTewson@kurenaixiii @AndrewAlcock7 @PhishFill What? It was a question with no hidden motives. You replied with an answer and it was respectfully left at that.
@JosephLPoulin @SunriseSauna@Pullingaclaudia@KathrynTewson@kurenaixiii @AndrewAlcock7 @PhishFill I scrolled up. I only see you asking people if they know the difference between facts and feelings. Nothing about why you believe Kelly's recollections are closer to truth than Chris and Scotts.
I'm trying to have conversations about the case, not arguments.
@JosephLPoulin @SunriseSauna@Pullingaclaudia@KathrynTewson@kurenaixiii @AndrewAlcock7 @PhishFill I'm using the known facts to create an opinion of what I believe is most likely to be true. As more facts come in, I will revisit my opinions. What facts are you using? Maybe I've missed something.
@Pullingaclaudia @JosephLPoulin @SunriseSauna@KathrynTewson@kurenaixiii @AndrewAlcock7 @PhishFill When it was he-said-she-said (Chris vs Kelly), I had no opinion. But when the person Kelly herself had stated was a witness & participant in the event had no recollection of it occurring at all and never felt any aggression to chris it did change my priors.
@JosephLPoulin @SunriseSauna@Pullingaclaudia@KathrynTewson@kurenaixiii @AndrewAlcock7 @PhishFill Not sure what you mean. Kelly said Chris' behavior only stopped when Scott, who witnessed what was happening, "gave him the dirtiest look I’ve ever seen.". Scott has no recollection of this and was never angry at Avellone. Makes Kellys story very unlikely
@SunriseSauna @JosephLPoulin @Pullingaclaudia@KathrynTewson@kurenaixiii @AndrewAlcock7 @PhishFill Yes, I've read them. And yes, some inconsistencies between her declarations and reality. I think the only decorations she made immune to challenge were where she lived, the fact that she has a son & her name.
@Pullingaclaudia @JosephLPoulin @KathrynTewson@kurenaixiii @AndrewAlcock7 @PhishFill I know this is your opinion, but do you really consider this to be a fair and sensible assessment of the situation? Or are you only mirroring the energy of some of the bad agents arguing the opposite? Or a bit of both?
For what it's worth, I think you'd make a good lawyer.
@JosephLPoulin @KathrynTewson@kurenaixiii@Pullingaclaudia @AndrewAlcock7 @PhishFill I don't think the new yorker will be sending the writer a job offer, but it's a refreshing change from getting info from twitter. No appeal from avellone, just resubmission in her home state:
"I intend to follow the court’s lead and continue action against her in Oklahoma."
@JosephLPoulin @KathrynTewson@kurenaixiii@Pullingaclaudia @AndrewAlcock7 @PhishFill Seems like Avellone will try to continue his case against Bristol according to his quote in this article.

@JosephLPoulin @KathrynTewson@kurenaixiii@Pullingaclaudia @AndrewAlcock7 @PhishFill Got it. Bristol was excused for a lack of jurisdiction. Someone said ( @KathrynTewson said?) that the statute of limitations had passed. If she did say it, I would consider it to be true.
Seems like her involvement in this has ended. No reason to speculate
@JosephLPoulin @KathrynTewson@kurenaixiii@Pullingaclaudia @AndrewAlcock7 @PhishFill I'm sorry, I'm not understanding your question. I'd said I have high confidence that Karissa ("she" in my previous tweet) will lose if the case goes to trial.
@KathrynTewson@kurenaixiii@Pullingaclaudia @AndrewAlcock7 @PhishFill As confident as you were in the lawsuit being dismissed based on jurisdiction and thru the anti-SLAPP, I am equally confident that she will lose if this makes it to trial. It'll just cost her more money and make a bad situation worse.
