We were back in our waterproofs at Rowardennan yesterday afternoon for some more tree planting with @nationaltrust

We have now planted more than 100 trees 🌳

Good news! We have secured funding of £3000 from @lomondtrossachs giving us 620 more trees to add to our remaining 300 from last year. Our young people are excited to help us plant these over the coming months!

After 8months of Includem support and achieving lots of goals, T is ready to move on so we made sure his last day was a special one!

T loves sports, especially football, so we spent the day on a stadium tour.

T has ambitions of being a make up artist when she is older, so today Includem supported her to attend her first advanced make up lesson!

It was great to see her develop her talent and learn new techniques from a trained professional💅✨

Today we discussed worries, anxiety & positive coping mechanisms.

We focused on “letting go” of things we can’t control by writing our worries onto balloons & letting them off. Lots of laughing & red faces blowing up the balloons! 🎈
