Our version of a @macmillancancer Coffee Morning? A morning on the Dovedale stepping stones with people we love - walking and talking before a proper brew at the end.

Wonderful day hiking from Dover to Folkestone, with over 100 hikers from all over the country. We had one girl travel all the way from Australia to join today's hike. That's the power or community 💚

Today's hike was in partnership with @KentDownsNL & @NorthDownsWayNT 💚

What a turnout for this month's London social run.

A huge thank you to @sportsshoes_com for hosting us and for the incredible hospitality throughout the morning.

It was great to see so many familiar faces alongside plenty of people joining us for the first time.

I completed my 12th London Marathon, but this one meant something different.

I started running 15 years ago. Back then, it was rare to see people who looked like me in these spaces, especially in endurance running.

London Marathon was always special....
