If the government are serious about supporting young Disabled people into work they must properly fund Access to Work, which provides adjustments beyond those expected of employers. Instead they're cutting Access to Work packages, forcing young Disabled people out of jobs. (4/4)

Instead, we want to see structural changes in the employment market, including an increase in good quality flexible jobs and the enforcement of employers’ existing legal duty to make reasonable adjustments. (3/4)
