Hey @bitget, I have a serious concern.
Someone we know has nearly $8,000 stuck in Bitget. He had 4 accounts on 4 different phones, but when he tried to withdraw his funds on October 24, he found that the accounts had been frozen. 😔
The biggest concern is that people work hard to earn their money, and when they need it, they should be able to access it. If there is a security issue, at least explain the exact reason and tell the user what needs to be done to resolve it.
I understand that exchanges need security checks to protect users and prevent suspicious activity. But keeping someone's funds frozen without a clear explanation or timeline creates serious concerns.
Bitget talks about user fund security, but how can users feel safe when they cannot access their own money?
Crypto already comes with enough risks. Users shouldn't have to worry about whether they will be able to withdraw their funds when they need them.
@bitget, please review this case, explain why these accounts were frozen, and help resolve the issue as soon as possible.
User fund security isn't just about protecting funds. It's also about giving legitimate users access to their money.
