FedEx Darlington's regional manager is aware, yet my parcel remains undelivered. Every day I'm promised delivery 'tomorrow', but nothing happens. I even arranged for a friend to help the driver lift the item which is the stated issue. Why no action?

What makes it even more frustrating is FedEx's poor customer service. Despite repeatedly contacting your team, I've been tossed around without any meaningful resolution, clear explanation or accountability. Customers deserve better than endless delays and empty promises. #FedExUK
