Demands:
1. Recruitment for IRMS through ESE. (as it was happening before)
2. Or else keep a separate exam for IRMS selection with BTech/BE as compulsory and release the dates for exam asap.
3. Or else take IRMS through CSE with BTech/BE as compulsory course.

Railway demands technical knowledge as much as managerial knowledge. It doesn't mean that you can replace the technical requirements by good management. IRMS will be a flop show. We demand IRMS selection through ESE.

I'll join the unemployed engineers protesting at Delhi's Jantar Mantar at 1PM.

Modi govt has removed Group-A railway posts from Engg Service Exams even though these jobs are technical in nature.

Real anger is due to reduction in jobs across all sectors.
