The concerned SI does not provide any receiving/acknowledgment after accepting written complaints or supporting documents.

Even after politely requesting a receiving, he becomes angry and asks the complainant to leave.

Sir, is asking for a receiving of a submitted complaint a crime? An acknowledgment is a basic requirement for transparency and accountability.

Citizens approach the police with trust, expecting help and respectful treatment.

Kindly instruct the concerned officer to issue proper receiving copies and treat complainants with dignity. #BiharPolice #Accountability
