हमीरपुर में बिना हेलमेट लगाए बाइक चला रहें पुलिस कर्मियों की एक युवक ने वीडियो बना ली. पुलिसकर्मियों ने विरोध किया तो युवक ने अपनी व्यथा सुनाई. युवक का दावा था कि उसका 3 बार चालान कट चुका है. तो फिर चालान काटने वाले पुलिसकर्मी हैल्मेट क्यों नहीं लगा रहे.

बेचारे युवक की बात तो सही है नियम सबके लिए बराबर है चाहे पुलिस हो या फिर आम जनता.
